1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the MARO STUDIO 22 storefront and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or completing a purchase you accept them in full.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or payment cannot be authorised.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store card details.

4. Product variation

Our vessels are cast and finished by hand. Tone, texture and small surface marks vary from piece to piece and are not defects.

5. Safe use

• Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets.
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface away from draughts and flammable objects.
• Do not burn for more than four hours at a time; trim the wick to 5 mm.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the studio operates.
