How long do the candles burn?

Between 25 and 70 hours depending on the vessel. Travel candles burn around 25 hours, signature vessels 45–55, and the Dune three-wick roughly 70.

What wax do you use?

A coconut-soy blend, free from paraffin and palm. It has a lower melt point, which gives a cleaner burn and a gentler, more even fragrance throw.

Are the vessels reusable?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the point. Once the wax is finished, place the vessel in the freezer for an hour, lift the remaining wax out, wash with warm soapy water and use it as a planter, brush pot or trinket dish.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within two business days. Domestic delivery takes 2–5 business days; international 7–14. Shipping is free and carbon-neutral on orders over $75.

Do you offer custom candles?

We do — for weddings, hotels and corporate gifting from 50 units. Custom fragrance, vessel colour and hand-stamped labels are all possible. Write to us via the contact page.

How should I care for my candle?

Accepted Answer

First burn: two to three hours, until the melt pool reaches the vessel edge. Trim the wick to 5 mm before every light, keep away from draughts, and never burn for more than four hours at a time. Always keep a lit candle in sight.

What is your return policy?

Unused candles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it immediately.

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection; we never store card details.
