Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within two business days. During launches and the December season this may extend to four days; we will always tell you if it does.

Delivery times and cost

• Domestic standard · 2–5 business days · $8, free over $75
• Domestic express · 1–2 business days · $16
• International · 7–14 business days · calculated at checkout

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

Packaging

Everything ships plastic-free: moulded pulp inserts, recycled card and paper tape. Our domestic deliveries are carbon-neutral.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties on arrival. These are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a vessel arrives damaged, send a photo within seven days and we will replace it at no cost. Parcels not scanned as delivered are investigated with the carrier and replaced.
