Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

Unused candles in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to return

• Email studio@marostudio22.demo with your order number.
• We send a prepaid label within one business day.
• Repack the candle in its original insert and drop it at any carrier point.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty.

What we cannot accept

• Candles that have been lit or have a trimmed wick.
• Custom or personalised orders.
• Gift cards and sample sets.

Faulty items

A cracked vessel, a wick that will not hold or a candle that tunnels through no fault of use is replaced or refunded in full, with no return required.
